A Divine Comedy

The Philippines / 2024 / Tagalog, Spanish and English / 112'

Subtitle: English
Theatre: the sky (Olympian City)

A divine mix of laughter and history, the film follows three priests from 1872 who mysteriously land in the year 2024. Clad in old-fashioned garb and swept into the chaos of modern life, they navigate a whirlwind of ukay-ukay fashion, time travel mishaps, and unexpected adventures. Along the way, they encounter a colorful cast of present-day characters—ordinary people whose lives are touched and blessed by their presence. A family-friendly piece that weaves together comedy, faith and patriotism in a touching celebration of the resilient Filipino spirit.
